It’s true that some hosts claim to offer ‘unlimited’ space. The reality is that unlimited space is actually nothing more than a marketing gimmick – the host will have a large number of other restrictions in place which will prevent you from actually using an very large amount of disk space. We prefer to be up-front about disk allocations, with no sneaky surprises. Our focus is on quality, and we invest heavily in ensuring that our hosting platform is the best possible. We use highly available Enterprise block storage. Your cPanel is not limited at all, and you can download your backups as often as you prefer. The truth is, you probably don’t need ‘unlimited’ disk space. Over 95% of sites we host on our shared platform use less than 10GB, so our plans are usually more than adequate for most needs. If your priority is for unlimited space, hosts that offer this usually do so using cheap disks, and often have overcrowded servers.

Do you backup my website?

We respect your privacy and we do not perform any backup to your website. If your site is critical you can often download your backup through cPanel. Alternatively, you can optionally purchase Backup space for any plan. Contact us for more information.

Do you allow adult content on your servers?

We do not allow adult content. This is described as pornographic material. We do allow certain types of artistic material. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Can I get root access?

No, root access is not available on any of our shared hosting plans. If you require root access with your hosting, we would recommend you purchase a cloud or dedicated server.

Do you offer Windows based hosting?

Yes, we offer Windows hosting on our dedicated servers plans. Please for any question, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I have additional domain names pointed at my account?

Yes. Depending on the plan, you can have an unlimited number of parked or alias domains. Please contact us if you need more information. We are always happy to help!

Is your support 24x7?

Yes. We provide fast support 24x7x365. Our support covers only server issues and not software or installation.

What kind of database access do you provide?

Our shared hosting plans have installed the latest SQL which is MariaDB. Extremely fast and better than previous databases like MySQL. We do not offer MSSQL or Microsoft Access Database.

What version of PHP do you use?

We offer PHP 5 and PHP 7. You have the ability to choose between PHP 5.4, 5.6, 7.0, and the latest one 7.2. If you need any other version, please contact us and we can provide it for you.

Can I use Active Server Pages (ASP) on my site?

No. We only use Unix Servers. ASP requires Windows Servers.

I already have a domain name. How do I point it to my new account?

In order to point your domain at our servers, you should contact (via phone or their website) the company who sold you the domain and ask them to modify the nameservers with the nameservers provided to you on your welcome email.
